Maintenance Technician Rising View – Bellevue, NE

Burlington Capital Properties manages quality homes at Rising View in Bellevue, Nebraska, next to Offutt Air Force Base. We are now seeking qualified Maintenance Technicians who will evaluate and perform maintenance in the homes of our service men and women.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC certification and experience with home mechanical, electrical, water, and building systems and equipment. Service vehicle provided; therefore a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record are required.

• Perform home maintenance repairs to provide a safe, quality living environment for military personnel and their families.
• Maintain and/or improve the condition of homes by providing home maintenance repairs in the areas of touch up painting, dry walling, plumbing, floor coverings, door framing, carpentry work, and appliance repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Follow safety and liability guidelines

• HVAC required
• Minimum three years of maintenance experience required
• Possess adequate home and building systems repair skills
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required
• Ability to follow directives and work with minimum supervision
• One year of multi-family housing maintenance experience preferred
• Must have basic understanding of the English language and be able to communicate with coworkers
• Must interact positively with residents, employees, vendors and general public
• Ability to exercise schedule flexibility to accomplish goals
• May be required to be part of an 'on call' rotation as directed by management
