Delivery Driver

As a mid-level Delivery Driver, you'll tackle meaningful challenges from day one and see the impact of your work right away. Look past the title and you'll see $67,000 - $99,000, a NE base, and a mid-level role that asks you to lead, not just execute.

• Monitor work quality and flag issues before they escalate
• Document the why, not just the what, behind every Decision Making decision
• Read the room and adjust how you pitch Change Management to each audience
• Sense when a Bellevue relationship needs a call, not an email
• Bridge Persuasion and Interpersonal Skills so neither team works in the dark
• Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable NE regulations

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Demonstrated wins in general work somewhere near Bellevue, NE
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, craft-focused environment
• A portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your general expertise
• A track record of deeply-bought-in delivery in a full-time structure

Half the general platforms in NE quietly depend on something BDO built in Bellevue with deeply-bought-in care. As a mid-level Delivery Driver, you'll have a real voice in shaping how the general team operates.
