3-5 years of current public accounting experience with an emphasis on tax work; assurance experience a plus. Bachelor of Science or Arts in Accounting required;
Master of Taxation a plus. Advanced computer skills in an accounting firm with the ability to learn on-the-job in a fast-paced environment. Excellent project management skills. Licensed Washington Certified Public Accountant or able to become licensed within six months of hire.
Lead staff on tax preparation, planning, and research engagements. Support tax audits. Communicate with management, staff, clients, and taxing agencies. Interact with client personnel, develop client relationships, and advise clients on business matters.
