We are a bilingual CPA firm (中英文双语会计师事务所) that provides U.S. and international tax services, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals, Chinese investors, and green card holders. Our specialties include U.S. income tax compliance, international tax planning, cross-border wealth structuring, and estate planning. • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Review staff-prepared returns and provide feedback
• Conduct tax research and assist in complex planning projects
• Respond to IRS/state tax inquiries and assist with audits
• Collaborate on cross-border estate and retirement planning
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license, EA, or Masters in Taxation preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and client service
• Familiarity with U.S. tax software (CCH preferred)
• Citizenship or Green Card
• Experience:
  
  3+ years U.S. tax preparation experience in public accounting
• You must pass a credit check at any time to remain eligible for this position.
