Role OverviewSenior Tax Manager to manage a national client list, delivering high‑quality tax services, complex issue resolution, and client advisement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client portfolio, consistently delivering high‑quality service.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of the preparation, review, and timely filing of all tax forms.
- Provide tax provision preparation, review, and support to clients on complex engagements.
- Enhance efficiency across project initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and supportive guidance to team members.
- Stay up to date with tax regulations, conduct diligent research, and provide consultation on intricate tax matters.
- Contribute to business development and departmental efficiency enhancements.
- CPA or EA license
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 10+ years of public accounting experience
- Experience managing and interacting with clients through a variety of channels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with tax preparation and accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of Quick Books, CCH Axcess, Thomson Reuters, or Ultra Tax
- Substantial knowledge of 1040, 1041, partnerships, S‑Corporations, and 1099
- Experience with high net‑worth individuals, trusts & estates, state tax, and pensions
Fully remote or hybrid out of Bellevue, WA. No travel required.

CompensationThe annual base salary range for this role is $130,000–$150,000, with additional performance bonus and equity opportunities.
