We are recruiting a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager with expertise in business tax matters. This is a full-time position in our office in Bellevue.

The Tax Manager has the following responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a full spectrum of tax services, including planning and compliance
• Plan and manage engagements, including budget and billing
• Manage client groups and cultivate new business from existing clients
• Consult on a variety of tax issues and carry out related research
• Review 1065, 1120S, 1120 and complex 1040 returns
• Supervise, develop, and assess the performance of tax staff
• Participate in business development and networking activities for the firm

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications and attributes:

• 8+ years of recent experience in public accounting with a focus on tax
• Has a track record of managing client relationships successfully
• Proven experience managing a team of tax professionals
• Demonstrated ability to coach staff on advanced tax concepts

Capabilities in the following areas are a plus:

• CCH Axcess
• Pro System fx Engagement
• GAAP
• Review of State and Local returns
• Understanding of International Tax Compliance
