What You'll Do
- Empower and Mentor
:
Provide review comments, enhance the skill sets of junior team members, and guide senior tax accountants in realizing their potential. - Deliver Excellence
:
Prepare intricate tax returns, delve into complex tax research, and uphold our reputation for unparalleled client service. - Build Lasting Relationships
:
Act as the primary touchpoint for our clients, ensuring they benefit from our holistic, tailored approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Tax Returns
- Provide guidance to the preparer team.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in preparing, reviewing, and overseeing tax returns and work papers.
- Familiarity with client billing and time management.
- CPA license, EA certification, or CPA eligibility with 8+ years in public accounting.
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees in Accounting or Taxation are a bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Ultra Tax will be a distinct advantage.
- Commitment to excellence, keen attention to detail, and the ability to embrace and act on feedback.
