Staff Accountant
Location: Bellevue, WA On site
Salary: $66,560 - $79,040 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and job cost adjustments.
• Manage project setup, change orders, and contract billing activities.
• Process customer invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
• Review and process vendor invoices and support accounts payable functions.
• Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and tax filings.
• Maintain accounting data within the ERP system and support special projects.
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Staff accounting experience with exposure to general ledger and month-end close.
• Experience with project accounting, job costing, or contract billing preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
