Salary: $83,200 – $93,600

• Own the payroll process for a multi-state workforce of 160 employees.
• Gain hands-on experience with union payroll, payroll taxes, and 401(k) administration.
• Work closely with HR and leadership through a structured payroll review process.

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 160 employees across three states, including union employees representing roughly 50% of the workforce.
• Administer payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and 401(k) contributions.
• Partner with HR and leadership to review and approve payroll before processing.
• Manage accounts payable activities, including processing approximately 1,000 invoices monthly.
• Reconcile and monitor approximately $150K in monthly corporate credit card transactions.
• Support payroll-related accounting entries, reconciliations, and compliance activities.

• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Union payroll experience.
• Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with Acumatica ERP strongly preferred.
