POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief People Officer and office leadership. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing logistics, organizing documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicative, and thrives in a professional, business-casual environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief People Officer and internal team.
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.
  • Organize office files, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with light HR or payroll documentation as needed.
  • Support communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to supporting leadership needs efficiently.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
  • Hourly pay up to $27/hour, depending on experience.
  • Flexible scheduling options (Tuesday/Thursday or one full day).
  • Business casual office setting with a collaborative culture.
  • Hands-on mentorship from senior leadership.
  • Temporary assignment lasting approximately 2–3 months (potential to conclude sooner).
