Description
Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

The Amazon Leo team is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated individual to support Directors in Leo Business. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action with strong ambiguity and show grace under pressure.

Key job responsibilities
  • Proactively manage complex executive calendars for one or more senior leaders, balancing competing priorities with accuracy and ensuring productive use of time across the organization.
  • Plan, organize, and execute team events, offsites, and leadership meetings, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective use of resources.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare written communications and content on behalf of leadership, partnering with key stakeholders to curate materials and ensure readiness for meetings and reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline cross-team processes and procedures, driving operational improvements that scale support and increase efficiency for the broader organization.
  • Management of team space, including office moves and reconfigurations.

Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
