Experienced Automotive Service Technician at Audi Bellevue
At Auto Nation, we’re looking for an Experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our Audi Bellevue shop. You’ll perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and build customer loyalty by delivering top‑notch work and exceptional service.
The compensation range for this position is $30 to $52 per flat rate hour based on experience, training, and certifications. A bonus component is available on longevity and overrides.
Responsibilities- Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the customer.
- Conduct multi‑point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
- Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
- Maintain an inventory of normal technician’s tools not normally inventoried by the Service Department as “special tools.”
- Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience as an automotive technician.
- Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs).
- Attention to detail.
- Organization and follow‑up skills.
- Valid in‑state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
