Lead Analyst - Applied Marketing Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in business analytics with a consulting mindset – understanding business problems, generating actionable insights, and creating presentations/insights packages with recommendations to support better decision-making for marketing teams.
• Proficiency in SQL (3+ years), including data preparation, ETL processes, and insights generation.
• Experience analyzing marketing campaigns and developing measurement strategies to evaluate campaign effectiveness, business impact, and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, project management, finance, and product teams to support ad-hoc analysis.
• Manage divergent demands from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in Spark.
• Experience with Tableau is a plus.
