Overview
:
This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned Family Office professional to serve as a trusted strategic partner and ambassador to a globally connected Founder. Unlike traditional internal operations roles, this position focuses on cultivating and managing the Founder’s high-volume global network, creating high-impact engagement strategies, and representing the Founder in critical interactions across business, philanthropy, and culture.

Key Responsibilities Relationship Management & Strategic Engagement
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for the Founder’s personal and professional network, ensuring relationships are cultivated, remembered, and strengthened.
  • Act as the Founder’s proxy in interactions, engaging with warmth, discretion, and diplomacy across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
  • Ensure consistent touchpoints with key relationships, including milestones, personal updates, and thoughtful gestures.
  • Maintain detailed records and insights in CRM systems to inform future interactions and engagement strategies.
  • Lead engagement strategy initiatives to connect and inspire a high-volume global network of leaders, philanthropists, investors, cultural figures, and friends.
  • Plan and execute high-end gatherings, curated events, and global convenings that align with the Founder’s vision and strengthen relationships.
  • Oversee invitations, guest management, and post-event follow-up to maximize relationship impact.
Executive Communications & Representation
  • Support preparation of speeches, remarks, and personalized communications aligned with the Founder’s priorities.
  • Represent the Founder credibly in select high-level interactions.
  • Translate the Founder’s vision and commitments into actionable engagement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Proven Family Office or UHNW operator with 10+ years’ experience in strategic advisory, engagement, and relationship management.
  • Exceptional ability to build and sustain relationships within a high-volume global network
    .
  • Strong event and convening leadership, capable of creating high-touch experiences for a diverse audience.
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and executive presence.
  • Globally mobile, flexible to travel frequently with the Founder.
  • Strategic thinker with a systems-oriented approach to managing complex networks and initiatives.
