Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead and drive Opportunity score (recently launched to General Availability) model development and Guidance Ranking as part of a key monetization priority. This role will focus on defining and leading the following areas:
Opportunity Score formulation and stability across all advertiser segments and surfaces they will interact with Meta advertising;
Guidance ranking to ensure the most relevant and impactful guidance is shown at the right time;
Guidance measurement, experimentation framework and lifecycle management ensuring long-term value to advertisers;
Metric development for Guidance and Opportunity Score impact on advertisers and Meta.
Lead the development and implementation of Opportunity score as a metric supporting Sales and Advertiser use cases.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for guidance ranking and OS score from ideation to launch, focusing on guidance experimentation methodologies and post adoption impact.
Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Develop and refine metrics to measure different guidance impact on Advertisers and to measure OS impact, partnering with the DS team to develop and analyze proxy metrics for iRev, metrics to measure guidance impact, and OS impact.
Engage with internal stakeholders, including the iRev committee, to align on strategic goals and ensure product initiatives meet business needs.
Drive continuous improvement in product processes and methodologies, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance product performance and user experience.
10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on strategic product development and cross-functional leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Skills:
Expertise in bidding, ranking, Creative and targeting within advertising technology.
Skills:
Proficiency in ML model development, tuning, and training.
$202,000/year to $277,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
