Thisrolecombinessellerengagement,pipeline management,problem solving,anddata-drivendecisionmaking.

Youwillidentifybarriersimpactingsellerprogress,develop solutions,andcollaboratewithcross-functionalpartnerstoimprovetheonboardingexperience.

Youwillalsoserveasavoiceofthesellerbyidentifyingrecurringpainpointsandtranslatingthoseinsightsintoopportunitiesforprocessandproductimprovements.

Wemanagesellerpipelinesandusedatatoprioritizeopportunities,measure adoption,andidentifyareaswherewecanimprovetheonboardingexperience.

Wealsoserveasanimportantvoiceoftheseller,identifyingrecurringpainpointsandpartneringcloselywith

Product,Business Development,Marketing,Operations,andothercross-functionalteamstodevelopscalablesolutions.

Weareacollaborative,fast-movingteamfocusedonsolvingproblems,improvingthesellerexperience,anddrivingmeasurablegrowthforWFSand Walmart Marketplace .
What you’ll do:

• Manageaportfolioofsellers,proactivelyengagingandguidingthemthroughkeyWFSonboardingmilestones.
• EducatesellersonWFSprocesses,tools,requirements,andbestpracticestohelpthemsuccessfullylaunchandscale.
• Manageyoursellerpipelinein Salesforce,maintainingaccurateactivity,funnel status,follow-ups,andselleroutcomes.
• Usedatatoprioritizehigh-opportunity sellers,track performance,andidentifyopportunitiestoimproveconversionandfunnelvelocity.
• Identifyrecurringsellerpainpointsandtranslatesellerfeedbackintoactionableinsightsfor Product and Operations .
• Contributetoscalableprocesses,playbooks,automation,andresourcesthatimprovetheoverallWFSonboardingexperience.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience managing customer relationships and marketplace operations with a focus on performance metrics and strategic objectives.
• Strong expertise in partner onboarding processes, including account setup, product integration, and technical support.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in workflow and operations management, utilizing key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to ethical standards and integrity in all business practices.
• Experience mentoring and developing associates to build high-performing teams aligned with company values.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce, and agile methodologies to support efficient process-driven development.
