Job Description We are seeking an experienced
* Senior Project Manager – Chief of Staff
* to serve as a strategic and operational partner to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will drive business priorities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accountability across multiple teams and work streams. ###

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to drive high-impact business priorities and strategic initiatives.

- Establish structure, visibility, and accountability across critical projects and work streams.

- Manage executive priorities, action items, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.

- Identify and remove operational roadblocks to improve decision-making and execution.

- Track progress, communicate status updates, and ensure key decisions and deliverables move forward without delays.

- Support business operations, executive communications, and ongoing strategic initiatives. ###

Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a
* Senior Project Manager, Chief of Staff, or Strategic Operations Lead*.

- * Previous telecommunications industry experience is mandatory.* - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
