Project Manager, Operations Management, Business Administration

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, support senior executives, and drive strategic business projects within the telecommunications industry.

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables.
• Support senior leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Organize leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare project status reports, executive presentations, and updates.
• Manage stakeholder communication, risks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Business Operations.
• Mandatory Telecommunications industry experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with project tracking, reporting, and meeting coordination.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
