💰 Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 — $160,000 + bonus
OverviewJackson Dean Construction is hiring a Senior Estimator to lead pricing efforts on negotiated and preconstruction projects. This individual will work closely with clients and internal teams to establish accurate budgets that allow projects to move forward confidently and successfully.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial projects
- Work directly with clients on negotiated and design‑assist projects
- Develop budgets to support project feasibility and execution
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Collaborate with leadership, Project Managers, and Superintendents
- Identify risks, value‑engineering opportunities, and cost savings
- Support projects from early budgeting through final pricing
- 8–10+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Experience working directly with clients on negotiated work
- Ability to produce accurate, competitive budgets under tight timelines
