• Hire, mentor and manage a medium-to-large design team that consistently delivers on projects and is well-balanced across the different design skill sets.
• Responsible for overall team performance, health, resource allocation, project prioritization and building a collaborative design environment.
• Lead the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, User Experience researchers and content strategists.
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for people using our products.
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of experience in Product Design.
• 3+ years of design leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership.
• 6+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams.
• Experience building and shipping applications or software across a variety of platforms.
• Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking with the experience developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.
• Experience representing work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly communicating the goals and concepts.
• A portfolio that demonstrates relevant work, an understanding of best practices in product design and a track record of shipping high-quality products.

• Experience designing B2B/SaaS Software.
• Experience with delivering 0‑1 products from concept stages to launch.
• Experience working on large-scale, complex, ambiguous projects across multiple teams.
