Overview
Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a Teller Floater / Member Service Representative to support the branches in the King North Region
. Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (payable 50% on first paycheck and 50% on the check following your 6‑month anniversary).
Target salary range: $20.00–$22.50 per hour, based on experience and education; full range $20.00–$25.00 per hour.
Incentive plan:
Quarterly incentives tied to production goals, paid to the team when branch meets quarterly goals and audit.
Float Teller:
Eligible for mileage reimbursement.

- Assist members with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service.
- One year experience in a customer service position required. Cash handling and retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to flexibly travel between branches.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be bondable.
- Employer sponsorship for employment authorization is not available.
- Notary and NMLS certifications required for UA II level and higher; US citizenship or permanent legal residency required to obtain them as per Washington State law.
Full-time, 35–40 hours per week. In-person schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:15 PM or 9:15 AM–5:45 PM, with rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM–1:15 PM, providing a day off during the week. Work location varies within the Bellevue & Redmond region; after floating, you will work at a home location.
