Customer Service Representative - Seasonal

• Serve as a sales and service representative for all Elevate Outdoor Collective brands
• Answer customer phone calls and respond to online order, return, and product inquiries
• Assist customers with technical and non-technical questions regarding product lines
• Process Return Authorizations and manage warranty claims in compliance with company policies
• Provide excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years of customer relations experience
• Genuine interest and understanding of the Elevate Outdoor Collective products and sports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• 2-3 years of experience in outdoor retail sporting goods
• Familiarity with one or more of the Elevate Outdoor Collective brands and products
• Previous customer service experience in a related field
