Early Childhood Education Coach

Overview

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

No soccer experience needed!

• Lead children ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.
• Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success.
• Maintain a non-competitive environment to keep classes fun and stress-free.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
• Be open to feedback and participate in regular trainings; follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny).
• Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.
• Willingness to work with children ages 1–7; no soccer experience required.
• Coaches must pass a background check.

• New Coaches: 5–15 hours per week at starting pay of $25 per hour.
• Promotion to supervising coach increases pay to $45 per hour.
• Quarterly bonuses offered on top of hourly rate.
• Coaches engage in ongoing trainings and follow the Coaching Manual to improve performance.
