Crossroads Bible Church seeks a Kid's Ministry Early Childhood Coordinator to engage with families and young children. The role supports Sunday Mornings and midweek programming, working with serve team members and coordinating with the Kids Ministry Director to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
Ideal candidates have preschool teaching experience and are skilled in volunteer leadership, scheduling, and curriculum collaboration, with a heart for ministry and families in our CBC community.
