Alpha School is seeking a Literacy Specialist to supervise K-3 students in an on-site, full-time capacity. You will coach students through app-based core learning, diagnose decoding gaps, and implement a bespoke fifteen-minute sequence to close gaps.
You will lead morning sessions, life-skills workshops, and daily routines, staying with students through lunch and recess while tracking weekly progress and data for parents.
