In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to address human factors, safety management, risk communication, and risk perception across a variety of contexts, including consumer products, manufacturing, oil & gas, healthcare, aviation, chemical products, environmental exposures, and more.

• Manage a range of consulting activities involving human factors issues, such as limits of human perceptual, cognitive, and response capabilities.
• Develop client contacts and produce high‑quality deliverables.
• Work on multidisciplinary projects, conduct analyses, and provide case management, information processing, and other project support.
• Conduct research to obtain and review technical data, scientific literature, regulations, and standards.
• Assist with the design and evaluation of safety management practices and safety information.

• Ph.D. in Human Factors, Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Currently based in or willing to relocate to Bellevue, WA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Assertive self‑starter who can work accurately and flexibly under deadlines.
• Demonstrated mathematical aptitude.
• Desire to expand knowledge, particularly across various industries and applied contexts.
• Ability to use basic scientific research to understand and solve applied problems.

Base salary range USD $ – $ per year. Total compensation includes base salary, bi‑weekly bonuses, annual bonus, and 401(k) with 7% employer contribution.
