Mid-Level Drinking Water Treatment Engineer

Base Pay Range

$97,700.00/yr – $/yr. Pay is based on skill and experience.

Your Impact

You’ll help deliver safe, reliable drinking water to communities across the Northwest and beyond, working on large‑scale projects and global public‑acceptance initiatives, and contributing to the Stockholm Industry Water Award‑winning portfolio.

As a seasoned professional you’ll engage as a subject‑matter expert in drinking water and reuse technologies. You’ll employ process, pilot‑scale evaluations, treatment technologies, and regulatory frameworks to strategize and deliver meaningful solutions for local, national, and global projects.

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive process engineering and project delivery experience in drinking water treatment, including process planning, evaluations, piloting, modeling, and detailed design
  • Proven experience working on drinking water treatment projects
  • Demonstrated understanding of drinking water supply, master planning, and/or treatment processes and technologies
  • Familiarity with State and Federal government regulatory frameworks related to water treatment
  • Self‑motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
  • Professional Engineering license in Western United States or ability to transfer PE license (e.g., California, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska, etc.)
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • Master’s or other graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
  • 8 or more years of direct experience in water treatment
  • A strong network with local municipalities or other water/wastewater clients
