Langan is seeking a Senior Site/Civil Engineer to join its collaborative team in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects, including mixed‑use developments, shopping centers, residential, higher education, federal, and other land‑development projects.

• Assist with the preparation and modification of engineering documents such as reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and design plans.
• Use reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, tests, and aerial photographs to assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and topographical and geological data and their impact on project planning and design.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal land‑use permitting.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Perform other job duties as requested.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification; PE certification preferred.
• 4+ years of professional experience in site/civil design, including site planning, grading, stormwater management, drainage, and soil erosion.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work in a collaborative team environment.
