Key Job Responsibilities- Utilize tools and templates for bid analysis and cost management
- Engage and manage third‑party Quantity Surveyor vendors
- Work seamlessly with multi‑disciplinary teams globally
- Communicate cost control goals effectively to all stakeholders
- Identify and quantify Value Engineering opportunities in design
- Assess project risks and their financial impacts
- Update historical data repository
- Define and track cost performance metrics
- Analyze Construction vendor proposals using AWS benchmark data
- Create accurate bid leveling documents
- Provide cost analysis of schedule and design variations
- Validate final award value, schedule and scope based on contract documents
- Implement, maintain and execute cost control, change management, and performance reporting
- Validate change cost impacts
- Ensure accurate and timely vendor invoices
- Support project close‑out and final payments
- Deliver results for multiple projects with competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production
- Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with power management and power monitoring systems
- 5+ years of project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure experience
- Knowledge of critical data center equipment
- Knowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA
- Experience in project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure
- Experience in Data Center Engineering Operations, with a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure
- Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings for all domains

Compensation for this position ranges from $98,700 to $210,800 per year, depending on location and experience. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits may also be provided.
