Senior NPI Support Engineer (Multiple Positions), Bellevue, WA
Support 5G, LTE and other radio products and participate in New Product Introduction, software, hardware, feature testing & verification.
Test strategy creation, test case prioritization and execution in lab.
Assist with development, execution and evaluation of automated test cases in customer lab environment.
Lab testing to validate regression, as well as new features, data and log collection, analysis of results.
Present and Review lab test validation results including Key Performance Indicators, to the customer.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Identify potential issues in the lab with respect to features and software releases.
Support the tickets and elevate as needed with R&D and follow up to resolution of tickets.
Serve as customer interface and coordinate communication for services and issues between customer teams & Nokia.
Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies.
Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI
Your skills and experienceMust have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years related work experience. Employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following:
RAN feature testing of radios in a lab environment;
ROBOT automated test case development and execution;
UE Log Collection, Analysis Tools, QXDM, QCAT and Media Tek ELT software in a lab environment;
Lab environment testing MIMO in an RF anechoic chamber;
RF signal Spectrum Analyzer troubleshooting;
Development experience with PHYTON programming language.
