PLM Business Analyst

Role: Aerospace PLM Business Analyst

Location: Bellevue, WA

Job Type: Full Time

• An Engineering Bachelor's Degree/Master’s degree or similar.
• Direct experience gained ideally within the manufacturing industry and/or an IT consulting firm.
• Understanding of Aerospace Product development, design and change management process.
• Deep understanding of Engineering IT applications across Aerospace Product Value chain (Doors, CATIA, 2D-3D Drawings, MBSE, etc.).
• Good understanding of PLM system, associated processes like BOM Management, Part Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Model based systems engineering, Requirements management, etc.
• Hands‑on experience with PLM and Engineering IT applications and associated data.
• Part of large PLM implementation/PLM transformation programs would be good to have skill.
• Technical skills on AWS Cloud preferred.

• Experience with Engineering data governance.
• Experience and knowledge of data policies around Engineering data.
• Experience with ITAR and Export Control domain.
• Experience with applying export control policies around Engineering data.

• Ability to engage with Senior management and executives.
• Ability to work with Engineering Teams and understand their requirements.
• Create Art of Possibility and Status documentation.
• Presentations for the executive team.

• Ability to understand the Aero Business process is critical.
• Collect and analyze customer needs and requirements.
• Work with Aerospace business users to validate and accept requirements.
• Conduct Requirement Analysis workshops.
• Propose solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Perform upgrading, debugging, testing and maintenance of software.

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per annum
