Controls Engineer

Job Overview

TEKsystems is partnering with a client in Bellevue looking for a Control Systems Engineer with 5+ years of experience. This role involves managing automation and material handling projects, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting of integrated systems. The engineer will work closely with internal teams and vendors to drive project schedules, review technical documentation, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Strong skills in PLC programming (Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Codesys), electrical diagrams, and industrial networking are required.

Candidates should have experience in industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering and be comfortable with hands-on hardware work. The position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, and may require up to 20% domestic travel.

Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 – $75.00/hr.
