Civil Site/Land Development

At Benesch, our commitment to innovation and collaboration extends beyond our projects. We believe in nurturing talent from the ground up, making it a core part of our values. Whether you're seeking your first or ready for the next step in your budding career, Benesch is hiring individuals to join our dynamic teams across the country!

As a Civil Site , you will gain hands-on experience in the planning, designing, and constructing of civil engineering projects. Working alongside experienced engineers and planners, you will contribute to site inspections, technical drafting, data analysis, and project design.

In the office, you will support engineers in designing stormwater management systems, site layouts, and other infrastructure projects, preparing and updating technical drawings with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Your responsibilities will also include compiling and analyzing data to guide project development, maintaining project documentation, and contributing to project reports.
