We are seeking a results-driven customer experience expert with a natural talent for consultative selling for groundbreaking new Turbo Tax customer-focused Retail locations across the United States. This role is for someone who thrives on guiding customers to the perfect solution and enjoys the satisfaction of turning interest into commitment.

As an in-person concierge, you will be a trustworthy, approachable, proactive, and knowledgeable guide. You won’t be preparing taxes; instead, you will connect with individuals, understand their concerns and needs, and help them make informed choices. You’ll serve as a dedicated consultant, pinpointing customer requirements and suggesting the ideal solution from the Turbo Tax network, including assisting those who wish to connect with a local tax professional.

This is a seasonal, non-exempt role.

• 3 or more years of experience in a relevant field such as sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
• A proven track record of solving customer problems through effective communication.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a sales environment (desired).

• Proven experience as a trusted guide in a high-touch, customer-facing role where you guided decisions and drove outcomes.
• Proactive, perceptive, and knowledgeable, with excellent rapport-building skills and the ability to earn trust quickly.
• A passion for consultative selling, energized by the challenge of turning conversations into conversions and a deep sense of accomplishment when finding the perfect solution.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and thriving in a dynamic "test and learn" environment where processes are still being defined.
• A natural ability to steer conversations toward successful resolution.
• Tax knowledge is ideal but not required; a passion for a world-class customer experience is a must.

• Greet customers as they enter the store and ensure a great first impression.
• Proactively identify underlying customer needs, building rapport and trust.
• Offer expert, personalized consultations on the Turbo Tax experience, building excitement and interest.
• Guide customers through the entire funnel, from uncertainty to decision, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Follow up with potential customers, providing continued support to help them complete the process.
• Provide critical feedback to shape the future of the program as a key member of the first retail locations.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is as follows:

Bay Area, California: $29.20 - $34.40 per hour

Southern California: $29.20 - $34.40 per hour

Illinois: $27.80 - $32.70 per hour

Maryland: $27.80 - $32.70 per hour

Minnesota: $25.10 - $29.50 per hour

New Jersey: $29.20 - $34.40 per hour

New York: $29.20 - $34.40 per hour

Washington: $29.20 - $34.40 per hour

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
