Essential Duties- Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events.
- Plan events across multiple venues, learning the features and benefits of our distinctive properties and communicating them effectively to clients.
- Understand and cater to the unique needs of all types of events—from corporate functions to birthday parties and other social events.
- Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs.
- Maintain organization and manage a large client portfolio across multiple venues.
- Serve as the on‑site contact for our operations team, host BEO meetings, and ensure every event’s success.
- Guide clients through event planning and detail coordination until the party day, including post‑event retention efforts.
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event seasons.
- Stay connected with the team via camera for coaching sessions or daily meetings, and be ready to showcase enthusiasm and professionalism to clients who may pop in at any time.
- Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning.
- Proficiency with technology such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Feedback‑driven mindset.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability.
- Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference.
- Ability to travel to Arizona for five days of training.
