Base pay range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances
• Ensure all financial operations comply with federal and state laws
• Develop and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information
• Work closely with the financial management team to create budgets and financial forecasts
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
• Oversee the preparation of all financial reports
• Monitor the financial performance of the company
• Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with tax accountants to ensure compliance and accurate and timely tax returns
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
• Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable departments
• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred
• CPA or CMA certification is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior‑level finance or accounting position
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
• Understanding of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
• Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
• Working knowledge of MSFT Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
• Able to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of economic and banking processes
