Dev Co is seeking a full‑time Treasury Analyst to join our team in Bellevue, WA
. The Treasury Analyst oversees the company’s day‑to‑day Cash Management and Treasury Operations, and is responsible for management of bank accounts, oversight of wires/ACH payments, optimization of the depository portfolio, and diligent adherence to corporate controls around these processes.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8am-5pm
Job Responsibilities- Ensure adequate funding is available to cover property and corporate funding requirements.
- Support Treasury and Cash Management operations and develop strategies to maximize operational efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize analysis fees.
- Perform daily review of all bank accounts to ensure check registers are up to date.
- Handle preparation of all electronic transfers including wire and ACH, ensuring compliance with wire procedures, and monitor tracking.
- Coordinate with team members to execute monthly cash call process:
Deposit checks, transfer funds, and prepare journal entries to record all activity. - Serve as administrator for banking platforms and set up bank accounts.
- Interface with AP to ensure funds are available to cover check runs.
- Ensure that loans are prepared and repaid in a timely manner. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation. Develop internal controls, policies and procedures and ensure compliance in day‑to‑day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.
- Review and analyze monthly bank analysis statement and resolve issues with banks.
- Recommend and implement improvements to current cash management processes.
- Assist with the processing of weekly check runs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
- Desire to pursue a Certified Treasury Professional certification is highly desirable.
- The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of relevant Treasury experience at a mid‑to‑large‑sized organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
