Good Life Home Loans is expanding a premier distributed retail channel to meet increasing demand for reverse mortgages among qualified senior homeowners. We are looking for experienced, self-generating Retail Loan Officers who excel in educating seniors, building trusted referral networks, and closing high-volume transactions.

What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years’ reverse mortgage loan origination experience
  • Active NMLS license in a state where Good Life originates
  • Proven track record:
    10+ self-sourced reverse mortgages closed in the past 12 months
  • Excellent compliance orientation
  • Self-motivated, organized, capable of managing your pipeline and outreach independently
  • Comfortable with community-based prospecting, cold-calling, and face-to-face client engagement
The Role

You will own your local market and build Good Life’s presence through direct origination, referral channel cultivation, and superior customer service. Success in this role is driven by disciplined prospecting, strong communication, and pipeline velocity. Your performance will directly contribute to Good Life’s mission of empowering seniors to leverage equity for enhanced retirement living.

Licensing & Coverage

This role is available to candidates based in states where Good Life is licensed to originate reverse mortgages (currently 42 states) — excluding Massachusetts (MA), Missouri (MO), Nevada (NV), New York (NY), North Dakota (ND), Utah (UT), Vermont (VT), and Wyoming (WY).
