About the Role
As a Wealth Management Associate on one of our growing Bellevue teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and support. We have a hybrid work environment – in office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. minus lunch.
Responsibilities- Exceptional Client Service:
Going above and beyond to anticipate client needs, address concerns, and resolve issues quickly.- Serving as a primary point of contact with clients
- Partnering with custodians/investment managers
- Overseeing the gathering of client information and managing data integrity
- Client Meetings:
Participating in client meetings and presenting clients with ideas and concepts in an organized and effective manner.- Preparing meeting summaries
- Creating and managing post‑meeting action items
- Wealth Planning:
Assisting the team’s Wealth Managers in producing financial plans. - Client Onboarding:
Overseeing and coordinating the new client onboarding process. - Serve as a Resource/Mentor for CSAs:
- Delegating tasks to Client Service Associates
- Handling overflow money movement requests when CSAs are busy or absent
- 2+ years of client service experience in the wealth management industry
- A Bachelor’s degree (finance or related focus preferred)
- Series 65 license plus the FPQP (paraplanner certification) or first module of CFP – willing to obtain them within 12‑18 months at Coldstream’s expense
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM, Money Guide Pro , eMoney, and/or Tamarac portfolio management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including writing business correspondence with proper grammar and punctuation
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes consistently
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage tasks independently
- Excellent reliability
- Pay:
Competitive base pay plus annual bonus - Benefits:

Base pay typically starts between $70,000 and $90,000, plus an annual bonus and a generous benefits package.
