We’re seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fund administration team in delivering top‑notch services to our domestic and offshore hedge fund and private equity fund clients. As a Fund Administration Leader, you will oversee a team of professionals responsible for providing critical support to our clients, including investor onboarding, anti‑money laundering and due diligence checks, reporting, and investor communications.

• Lead a team of professionals in providing fund administration services, including processing investor subscriptions and redemptions, and performing anti‑money laundering and due diligence checks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project schedules, develop solutions to issues, and drive business growth.
• Establish procedures, recommend changes to policies, and exercise wide latitude to make decisions within established company policies to meet business objectives.
• Advise staff, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure department results meet expectations.

• You have a strong background in fund administration, with a minimum of 4 years of related experience and a Master's degree, or 6 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years of experience and a high school degree.
• You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
• You have a deep understanding of anti‑money laundering and due diligence regulations, as well as experience with investor reporting and communications.
• You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop creative solutions, and drive business growth.
