We're looking for a Senior Family Advisor (7+ years of experience) to lead a portfolio of UHNW business owners and multigenerational families. You own the relationship. When you're not out in the community or meeting with families, you'll be leading and collaborating at our Bellevue headquarters.
If you live our Core Values of Integrity, Dedication, Teamwork, Impact, and Opportunity, and want a key role at a fast-growing firm, we'd love to hear from you.
Compensation$185,000 to $250,000 base salary depending on experience and qualifications, plus an annual performance bonus, an uncapped net new asset bonus, and incentive pay on new client relationships.
