Bellevue Club is looking for a part‑time 25‑30 hour Licensed Nail Technician to join our spa team. This role provides members and guests with professional manicure and pedicure treatments.

• Provide exceptional, personalized guest service, creating a welcoming and relaxing spa experience.
• Consult with new clients to assess the client's special needs and adapt techniques to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Be knowledgeable with a wide range of professional nail services, including Dazzle Dry applications, Shellac manicures/pedicures, Gel Builder overlays, and customized therapeutic pedicures.
• Provide professional, ethical manicure and pedicure treatments to clients and attend to their needs and comfort.
• Be knowledgeable about current spa services and retail offerings, answer basic questions or refer members to other club personnel when necessary, and recommend appropriate follow‑up visits and home care.
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and maintain it throughout the spa, communicating with the Spa Director when maintenance is required or inventory should be ordered.
• Maintain current knowledge of spa trends and activities and use this knowledge to recommend new innovative programs and services.
• Strive to achieve service productivity and retail sales goals agreed upon with the Spa Director.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings and professional training seminars for spa products and services.
• Follow all operating procedures as outlined in the policies and procedures manual.
• Maintain all spa areas in a clean and organized manner, following all sanitation requirements as outlined by the WA State Board of Cosmetology.
• Advocate teamwork within the spa among coworkers and support the expertise of spa teammates.
• Contribute to the development and presentation of spa‑related seminars or promotional events for members and guests.
• Perform similar, job‑related duties and special projects as required.
• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Washington State Nail Technician or Cosmetologist license.
• One‑year related experience in a spa, salon, or private business experience preferred.
• High‑level attention to detail.
