Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Commission-Based

Position OverviewThis is a commission-based position, with stylists earning 40% of the billed amount for services performed. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, creativity, and a passion for client care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and make expert recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with health regulations.
- Stay informed on the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent customer service.
- Recommend salon products and additional services.
- Valid Washington State Cosmetology License.
- Located in Washington State or able to relocate to Washington State.
- At least 1 year of professional salon experience (Preferred but not required).
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- 40% commission on the total billed amount for all services performed.
- Additional product sales commission opportunities.
- 100% of tips go directly to the stylist.
- Flexible schedule with supportive environment.
- Potential for future booth rental or expanded hours.
