BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Bellevue — $3,500 Sign‑On Bonus
Gersh Autism Academy is committed to helping individuals on the autism spectrum lead fulfilling, independent lives. We offer comprehensive therapeutic services and a collaborative team environment in our new ABA‑based school located in Bellevue, Washington.
About the Opportunity$3,500 sign‑on bonus, competitive salary, full medical benefits, and paid time off. No travel required.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop IEP or treatment goals.
- Write behavior intervention plans and design effective treatment interventions.
- Evaluate progress for students on your caseload.
- Collaborate with teachers and behavior technicians to embed ABA programming.
- Provide staff training for teachers, technicians, and paraprofessionals.
- Supervise BCBA and BCaBA candidates, RBTs, CBTs, and paraprofessionals.
- Utilize the ACE® ABA Software System for data collection, assessment, and curriculum.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with the Washington Department of Health.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA; 3 years of ABA service experience.
- Experience with skill and behavioral assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, FBA).
- Expertise in skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Completion of the 8‑hour BACB supervision training.
- Experience supervising BCaBAs and/or Behavior Technicians.
- Preferred: insurance company experience, work with older individuals, severe challenging behaviors, CPI certification.
- On‑site at our Bellevue, WA school.

- 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM
