Join the Bellevue Club and Hotel team. As the premier athletic and social club on Seattle’s Eastside, the Bellevue Club is a gathering place for the Northwest’s most celebrated and visionary citizens. Dedicated to the well‑being of its members, the property merges 250,000 square feet of world‑class fitness facilities and four innovative dining spaces with unique recreational, social, and business areas. Members enjoy yoga classes, tennis matches, lunches with family, wine dinners and more.

The property is also home to the Bellevue Club Hotel, a luxury 66‑room boutique hotel, and a full‑service spa with cutting‑edge wellness offerings. The Bellevue Club Spa is currently looking for 1 part‑time Massage Therapist (20‑24 hours) to provide exceptional services to our members and guests. We are a spa with a large member base who are highly active and receive massage on a regular basis.

Client retention is high and talented therapists book up quickly once they join our team. We also offer limited body treatments and simple upgrade options. In‑house CE classes are provided and paid for by the club each year.

Shift: Evenings and weekends

• Deliver exceptional, luxury‑level massage services tailored to each guest’s wellness goals
• Provide personalized consultations, reviewing health history and designing bespoke treatment plans
• Perform a wide range of premium modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, specialty enhancements) within Washington State scope of practice
• Anticipate guest needs and create an elevated, memorable treatment experience
• Maintain impeccable room presentation, including ambiance, cleanliness, linens, and product setup
• Uphold the spa’s standards of service excellence, professionalism, and guest hospitality
• Ensure client safety through proper assessment, identification of contraindications, and informed consent
• Educate guests on after‑care, self‑care practices, and recommended enhancements
• Maintain accurate and discreet guest records following privacy and confidentiality guidelines
• Collaborate with front desk and spa team to ensure smooth scheduling, timely transitions, and guest flow
• Support retail sales by recommending appropriate wellness products or enhancements
• Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and adherence to all Washington State license requirements
• Demonstrate consistent reliability, punctuality, and adherence to luxury spa protocols
• Contribute to a serene and sophisticated atmosphere aligned with the spa’s brand and guest expectations

• Pay ranges from $40-$60 per hour DOE plus gratuity

• Active WA State Massage License required.
• One to two years of prior experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist is preferred, though not required.
• Candidates must be willing to work with a team of professionals in an atmosphere where client experience is the top focus.
