IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is growing and looking for a Physical Therapist/Clinic Director to join our team. IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is the premier provider of outpatient Physical & Hand Therapy in the Northwest. We are locally embedded in our communities with a support-oriented environment for patients and staff.

Base pay range
: $85,000.00/hr - $95,000.00/hr

IRG is growing and offering: Intelligent compensation, student loan assistance, sign-on bonus, paid clinic director admin time, AI-assisted documentation, 1:1 patient care model, generous continuing education package, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• A WA state licensed Physical Therapist with a proven track record of great outcomes and a willingness to learn and grow as a therapist.
• An experienced clinician with a passion for outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, sports rehabilitation or related outpatient PT services.
• A leader who can build and support a team of therapists and staff while delivering patient-centered care.
• Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds through strong communication and empathy.
• Comfort with using new technology and software to enhance engagement and efficiency.

• Base salary: $85,000-$95,000 depending on experience
• Shared reward intelligent compensation program with potential to earn well over $125K with base salary + performance pay
