Speech Language Pathologist - Contractor

Join Cole Health as a Speech Language Pathologist contractor. Earn competitive pay with a base hourly rate of $110.00/hr - $120.00/hr
. You may also receive additional compensation at $55/visit (30‑minute sessions) and $120/evaluations
. Applications should demonstrate experience, licensing, and a passion for pediatric speech therapy.

Schedule:

Primary need is Monday‑Thursday 4:00 am‑7:00 pm with flexibility for clinic hours from 8 am‑7 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about communication.
  • Conduct assessments with a smile, pinpointing communication challenges and setting the stage for success.
  • Craft and implement therapy plans that are engaging and effective.
  • Make a real difference in the lives of clients by helping them find their voice and build meaningful connections.
Qualifications
  • Fully licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Washington (CCC‑SLP) with 1+ year of experience in a pediatric outpatient setting.
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Passion for changing the lives of others and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy (internships or as a CF) is a plus.
