Our goal is to build schedules thoughtfully around patient needs, clinician availability, and geographic area whenever possible.

What This Role May IncludeInitially, your role will focus largely on direct BCBA-level services, including:
- Conducting behavioral assessments and reassessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct ABA treatment when clinically appropriate
- Analyzing patient data and modifying programming
- Providing caregiver training and support
- Completing required clinical documentation
- Collaborating with families and other members of the patient's care team

- RBT supervision
