RN Director of Health / Wellness - 100 Unit Assisted Living Community
Full‑time position.
We operate large Independent and Assisted Living communities in the Western United States. The management team is experienced in the industry and seeks a candidate who is outgoing, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a keen understanding of financial management.
Responsibilities- Responsible for overall management of the Health / Wellness department.
- Supervises and educates the Health / Wellness staff.
- RN licensed in Washington state with no encumbrances.
- 2 years experience in an assisted living environment desired.
- 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Basic knowledge of geriatric nursing principles.
- Knowledge of Washington State regulations.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills.
