Our On-Site Catering Attendants are the face of Zerocater, helping facilitate day-to-day meal operations at our clients. They engage with teams to provide the best possible service and ensure smooth meal execution. You’ll be onsite to answer questions, chat with clients and coworkers, and help create a welcoming experience.
What you will do- Facilitate Delivery Intake: Ensure smooth transportation of food from the vendor to the client’s meal space and verify all items are present.
- Oversee Meal Set-up/Clean-up: Guide food layout, set up equipment if needed, manage presentation, replenish dishes, and store leftovers properly.
- Maintaining Cleanliness/food safety: Keep serving areas clean and organized during meal service.

Experience:
Greet guests, respond to requests, and address questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction. - Meal Feedback: Take inventory before/after meals, gather on-site preferences, communicate with employees, and share feedback with HQ.
- Background in hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing role (highly preferred).
- Team-oriented, willing to help others to ensure smooth execution.
- Responsible and attentive, able to work effectively with little supervision.
- Passion for food service and a customer-first mentality.
- Food Handler’s Certificate or willingness to obtain one (cost covered by Zerocater).
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds
- Able to kneel, crouch, and bend
- Able to walk up and down stairs
- Able to stand and walk for 3-4 hours on shift
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- You must have availability to work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 10:00am-2:00pm
. Your schedule is set each week. - You may be able to pick up additional shifts when available.
- Part-time role at $22.00 per hour
- $15.00 monthly cell phone stipend
- 401(k) match with immediate vesting
